What these details tell you

Where marked “Style listing,” retailer details were manually reviewed from official product pages; these are not live size inventories. Numeric boot measurements describe the stated reference size only. A wide calf is separate from a wide shoe. Turn on the availability filter to exclude unconfirmed stock.

These are retailer-published options and measurements. Size labels differ by brand, and a published detail does not establish fit in every dimension.

The measurement that matters.

Barefoot, standing straight. Tape from the crotch seam of well-fitting trousers straight down to the floor — this is the number "tall" refuses to print.

Read the catalog notes

"Tall" is a marketing word, not a measurement. What decides whether trousers reach your shoe is the inseam — crotch seam to hem — against your own crotch-to-floor. The house matches yours against the garment's and separates what fits from what is long enough to hem, because for a tall woman an extra inch is a tailoring bill and a missing inch is a return.

Measurements are recorded with their source. A brand’s own published number is a claim; a number the house took with a tape in hand under a published protocol is verified. Both are stored, and where they disagree the difference is the point.
